 Several Eurocps Associates have been involved in providing consultancy services to organisations for many years in both the public and private sectors.

We can arrange for an Associate (s) to work in your own country and at your own site or at discrete and accessible locations. Eurocps  facility in Normandy, La Volee, is also available for groups of participants.

Specific areas of interest are:

  • Organisational diagnostics
  • Team building
  • Process consultancy
  • Coaching and mentoring for individual employees
  • Design of course curricula, structure and delivery  (university and/or private institute)
  • Working with change

 

Several of the Eurocps Associates are also the founding members of the European Association for Gestalt Leadership and Organisational Development (EAGLOD) which is committed to humanising change and learning in organisations and communities and whose ethos is compatible with Eurocps.

Organisational Training Course for Qualified Therapists and/or practising consultants 

Following the success of the Eurocps  training courses in organizational development,  coaching and team building run in Malta in 2008/9 and France and Romania in 2009/10, Ken Evans and Paul Barber will, in future, be  running one advanced residential workshop  each year from 2012.

Our approach to organizational development in general, and process consulting in particular, is realised within a dialogical frame and is not simply about techniques or methods, which have a tendency to dehumanise people and ultimately change little or  nothing, but rather requires a high degree of psychological mindedness and emotional literacy. Participants in our workshops are therefore supported and challenged to develop their capacity for honest and non judgmental self reflection and engage in meaningful interpersonal communication, with an I-You attitude, which permeates all aspects of the training course.
